At Gigi's World Kids Taxi, transportation specialists wear black shirts adorned with the company logo. Each vehicle is clearly labeled with Gigi's World Kids Taxi decals. To ensure safety, we verify each child's 4-digit safety code upon pick-up. Before entering the vehicle, children must know their safety code. Transportation specialists are not permitted to provide rides to anyone, not on the pickup reservation, and bathroom stops are only allowed in emergencies. We recommend that children use the restroom before pick-up. Food and drink are prohibited in our vehicles, except for the fruit snack and water bottles we provide. For safety reasons, all children must ride in the back seat and be securely buckled up with their hands and arms inside the vehicle until they reach their destination.

Transportation specialists are not allowed to respond to text messages until safe to do so. Your transportation specialist will text you when your child has been picked up and dropped off-it's vital that you confirm that you have received the message via text by replying. We do not allow foul language, smoking, or drinking in our vehicles. For added comfort, you can track your child's ride on your mobile device or computer. The transportation specialist will text you if he or she is running more than 15 minutes late. ADOT Permits and a drug-free policy are required in every vehicle, along with a copy of their vehicle inspection. We always respect our customers and ask that you do the same.
