Tips: Tips are not included in the fare but are greatly appreciated.

Cancellation Policy:  If your scheduled reservation is not canceled within (24) or more hours from the initially scheduled pick-up time for the date of service you planned or contact someone in customer service within 24 hours of your scheduled pickup time, you will be charged for the trip fare on the credit card given at the time of your reservation.

Grace Period: We have a 15-minute grace period for pickups from the scheduled pick-up time on both ends.  If our driver is still waiting past 15 minutes for your child/children, you will be charged a $5.00 fee for every 5 minutes of wait time, starting from the initially scheduled pickup time.

Rates: Flat rate $45.00 within a 10-mile radius

Booster Seat $5.00

Additional Child $5.00

Billing: All trips are billed monthly. You will receive a professional invoice vwith a link attached to make your payment.  All single trips are charged in advance via the card on file. 

Additional Stops: All trips over 5 miles will be charged as a separate transportation trip.

Trip Credits: All trip credits are valid for 30 days. Fees are not included in trip credits. 

Programs Offered: Transportation included (1 trip) with our before and after-school programs designed for children 5-13 years old with our sister company Gigi's World Learning Center LLC. www.gigislearningcenter.com
